Great question…sadly, I haven't had any Sidamo yet! I know I'm missing out…that's on my short list. Sooo many great coffees out there, and I love the Ethiopian stuff! My favorite thus far is Hararr, so cool how that blueberry flavor bursts through on your tongue. I'm learning more all of the time, and digging every step on my coffee journey!

Great to hear Piper! A lot of consumers love to hear the behind the scenes stories about how your company is helping the source community. I'm sure Hawaii must be different than Columbia, but knowing about the growing practices is helpful too. Good deal about the bigger bag! I'd rather get a real feel for one or two varieties than a teaser of 6 Thank you for your comment.
