Welcome back to CoffeeNate.com, I am honored and humbled that you have chosen to share some of your valuable time with me! I have taken a break from the roasting as I haven’t found another quick and easy method that is better than the previous two that I have covered already. Why fix what isn’t broken right? So I signed up for Green Mountain Coffee’s Café Express program, and I must say that I am truly impressed! Café Express is their version of an auto-ship program, but it offers excellent flexibility and there is no minimum order amount or frequency to join! It’s truly remarkable. You can sign up, get the discount, get the free gift, and if you decide to quit, you can do so online with one click. You can also change your order, or delay it and select any delivery date you want! With over two dozen fair trade organic varieties to

choose from, you won’t have any trouble finding a coffee that appeals to your descriminating taste. The only trouble you may have is narrowing it down!

When I signed up for Café Express, the coffee I chose was out of stock for 2 days. Green Mountain waived the $5.49 shipping fee, and shipped my order overnight at their expense! I received my order in the same amount of time that I would have anyway. PLUS, they sent me a free 3-pack of their Signature Blends, and I don’t know why! Maybe they send all of their Café Express customers the same thing? When you sign up and get your order, let me know if you receive what I did. It is just refreshing to see a company that knows what real customer service is. They take a situation like mine, a slight delay, and turn it into a really positive experience for the customer. The vast majority of companies would have simply not said a thing and would have been all too happy to just delay the shipment, not Green Mountain Coffee …they saw an opportunity to over deliver, and did.

Next week, I’ll show off my new grinder. It is an economical conical burr grinder that produces ZERO dust and perfectly symetrical grinds. You have to get one! Take care :)

I haven't roasted my own coffee yet. I really don't know what's holding me back, I've found some good places that sell green beans, I just need to actually go thru and order it now.

Thanks for dropping in Mike. Yeah, the renovations are definitely not fun, but I keep pressing on hoping that someday I will be done! The hardest part is over with, I hated refinishing the wood floors...lots of work! Have you roasted your own yet?
