Thanks Mike! You should really give it a go, it's pretty easy. I prefer the skillet method so far. The advantage is better temp control, and less mess with the chaff being contained in the skillet. Cleanup is really easy too. Have fun with it

Another, dare I say inspiring video? Great video, almost have me convinced to try roasting my own coffee beans. Which would you say is the easiest method for a beginner roaster?
