Good stuff Daniel! I have thick skin, don't worry about correcting me, I'd rather know the truth! Thanks for pointing that out, I remember now that it is in fact 9 bars, but I got confused somewhere along the way. This is my first venture into making my own espresso, and it wasn't very hard to get it better than my local cafes! Take care.

I love your show, Nate. But you are wrong about "15 bars of pressure." Almost all commercial espresso machines brew at 9 bars. When I install machines, I always check to see if they are between 8.5 bars and 10 bars.

Just a nitpick. Keep up the great work!

Thanks Dave!! Yeah, I got it from Amazon via the link above, but it was cheaper then…naturally the holiday push has effected the price. The price savings is more of an estimate as it only costs so much for the actual coffee and milk…the rest is branding. Some cafes and Starbucks will charge $7-$8 for a latte…nuts!! Times that by 30 days and you need a second income just to break even! Peace dude

There are lots of great coffee roasters to buy from! I am still finding tons of them, but for huge variety and selection of Fair Trade/Organic coffees at an awesome price, I prefer GreenMountain. They have so many options and a cool program called Café Express that saves you even more money. It's an autoship type of deal, but you control the frequency of the shipments and you can cancel or pause at any time with just a click, but it is a good deal. They sent me 2.5 pounds of coffee as a gift when I started…and they didn't know I had a coffee blog!

Thanks Kenny! I am still learning every day about coffee I finally have the basics down, but I am learning more about the differences in the beans grown in different regions, very interesting to me.
